Fiserv FSC Names Les McElhaney

As Senior Vice President of Information Technology

Agoura Hills, California, June 5, 2003 - Fiserv FSC has announced today that Les McElhaney has been appointed Senior Vice President of Information Technology.

In his new position, Mr. McElhaney will provide leadership and strategic direction to the existing IT staff, aligning them with the Fiserv FSC objectives. He will report to Kellie Davies, Executive Vice President for Fiserv FSC, Inc.

Mr. McElhaney most recently held the position of Internet Manager with 21^st Century Insurance Company where he was responsible for directing IT initiatives for new business acquisition on 21st.com, the company’s online policy quoting and binding system. During the course of his six years at 21^st Century, he was instrumental in the development and execution of the company’s Internet business and technology strategy.

Before joining 21^st Century, Mr. McElhaney spent nine years with Rockwell International where he held various positions in support of the Space Shuttle and Delta Rocket space programs.

Mr. McElhaney holds an MBA degree in IT Management from California Lutheran University and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
