eAgency Systems to Join Online

announced today that eAgency’s Nice OfficeTM solution will be
featured on FSC’s online insurance resource center, MarketLink.
Through the Nice Office TM suite, eAgency can
provide contact and rating information to agents wishing to access it from a
personal data assistant (PDA), such as RIM’s BlackBerry. Included with the Nice
Office Suite is a data interface that allows agencies and their employees to
bridge an insurance quote from FSC’s comparative rating software to eAgency’s
contact management software. The uploaded quote information will create new
client records in addition to providing web and wireless access to sales,
calendar, forms and contact information. By uploading the client and sales data
from FSC’s comparative insurance rating software, Nice Office TM
enables agencies to input new client records without duplicate entry while
providing immediate access to their critical data. The result is increased
productivity, better customer service and more efficient time management.
