FSC Insurance Solutions Names Paul Areida President,

Byron Storms Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing

Agoura Hills— FSC Insurance Solutions, a unit of Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV), has appointed two key executives to help lead the company. Paul Areida was named President, while Byron Storms was named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

With decades of combined industry insight, both executives bring extensive knowledge from some of the industry's most respected companies.

Business development, finance, sales and management experience are areas that have defined Paul Areida’s career in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining FSC as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Areida was President of American Driving Records, a provider of motor vehicle report ordering software and new business submission tools. Mr. Areida has also serves as Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager of Applied Systems, Inc. As President, Mr. Areida will oversee rating and technology operations and report to Robert Meyerson, CEO of FSC Insurance Solutions.

Mr. Storms rejoins FSC after serving as Regional Vice President of Marketing at Bristol West Insurance Group, a national provider of private passenger automobile insurance products. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Storms will be responsible for developing cross-divisional product strategies in addition to directing the existing Sales and Marketing staff.
